• We know you can't wait to get your order. That is why our team will process it in a delay of 3-7 business days.
• Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
• Orders are shipped by Fedex and delivered in Canada and United States.
• Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery.

Shipping fees in Canada:

• A $5 shipping fee applies to orders totaling less than $50 before taxes.
• An $8 shipping fee applies to orders between $51 and $199 before taxes.
• We offer free shipping on orders of $200 or more.

Delivery charges for the United States:

• A $12 shipping fee applies to orders totaling less than $100.
• A $20 shipping fee applies to orders between $101 and $249.
• We offer free shipping on orders of $250 or more.
• If your state is not serviced by our carrier, please contact us to request a shipping quote.

Returns:

• You changed your mind? The colour is not right for your décor or the loved one doesn't like it?
• Within 15 days from date of delivery, you can contact us at support@brunelli.ca. We will send you by email a Fedex shipping label.
• Once your return is received and accepted, we will refund you.
  
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, in the original packaging.
• All refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
• Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
